3. Collaborate
Collaborations with UKIO, Alignin, Wise Santa, and Marijn van Oosten Holding B.V. both commissions and/or exchanges, are as followed:
1. The first meeting is an investment from both sides, so no costs are added.
2. After the first meeting, you send a project-based proposal, with a:
+ Clear beginning/end time-wise, with fixed dates.
+ Including an overview of deliveries.
+ An one-time, all-inclusive budget. Or by exchange, the exchange deliveries and timelines are outwritten.
3. When this is approved and signed by Marijn, the collaboration can officially start.
Ongoing everyone takes their own responsibility and if there is any tension, it’s shared within 24 hours, so solutions are freshly adapted and flow keeps stays priority.
4. After sending this form, you receive an e-mail that is legally binding for both parties. If there is any abruption in the timeline or deliveries, communicate this also within 24 hours. This can have an influence on the budget or payment.
We pay for what is delivered in agreed terms.
